2. Data we collect

Through the contact form: full name, email, company (optional), enquiry type and message. We do not store payment data — transactions are processed by certified gateways (Stripe, PayPal).

3. Purpose

To handle your enquiry and for commercial follow-up if you request information about our plans. We do not use your data for marketing communications without prior consent.

4. Legal basis

Consent of the data subject (Art. 6.1.a GDPR), given by ticking the acceptance box on the form. You may withdraw your consent at any time by writing to [email protected].

5. Retention

Data is kept for as long as necessary to handle your enquiry and, where a commercial relationship exists, for its duration plus the applicable legal periods (max. 6 years under Spanish commercial law).

6. Disclosure to third parties

Data is not disclosed to third parties except where legally required. MiIA runs on our own infrastructure in Europe (Hetzner Cloud). Your data is not used to train external AI models.

7. Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, objection, portability and restriction of processing. Exercise them by writing to [email protected]. Response time: 30 days. You may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD).

8. Cookies

This site does not use tracking or advertising cookies. The technical cookies in the client portal (/facturacion) are strictly necessary and do not require consent (Art. 22.2 LSSI).
